Central Districts overwhelmed Sturt 109-86 at STARplex, led by Jack Stanwix's outstanding 24-point performance on 9-from-14 shooting. Koen Sapwell added 23 points and nine assists for the winners, who connected on a stellar 43.3% from beyond the arc (13-from-30).
Despite 25 points and 14 rebounds from Ben Griscti (double-double) and 23 points from Jordan Forbes, Sturt couldn't keep pace with Central's offensive firepower. The contest featured 23 lead changes, but Central Districts dominated in the second half, building a lead that reached as many as 23 points. The victory maintained Central's position near the top of the NBL1 Central standings.
Mavericks vs Forestville — Watch the Replay
Forestville Eagles secured a commanding 93-67 victory against the Mavericks at State Basketball Centre (Wayville), with Daniel Johnson delivering a stellar 22-point, 8-rebound performance on efficient 50% shooting. Greg Mays contributed 17 points and seven rebounds, while Alexander Starling added 12 points and four steals.
Despite BJ Symons' game-high 26 points and Dominic Jackson's 25 points for the Mavericks, Forestville dominated the glass with a 50-31 rebounding advantage. The Eagles turned defence into offense with 24 fast-break points and built their lead to as many as 26 points. Forestville's balanced attack featured six players scoring eight or more points in the comprehensive victory.
North Adelaide vs Woodville — Watch the Replay
Woodville secured an impressive 82-60 victory against North Adelaide at The Lights Community and Sports Centre behind Nick Wurm's stellar 23-point, 5-rebound, 5-steal performance. Joe Jackson added 12 points and seven rebounds, while Riley Meldrum contributed nine points and nine boards in the balanced attack.
North Adelaide struggled offensively, shooting just 29.8% from the field and a dismal 13% from three-point range. Bijan Johnson led North Adelaide with 15 points, while Koop McCalop and Machar Machar each added nine points and 10 rebounds. Woodville dominated throughout, building a lead that reached 32 points while limiting North Adelaide to zero time in the lead throughout the contest.
Norwood vs Southern Tigers — Watch the Replay
Southern Tigers defeated Norwood 82-67 at Morphett Vale Basketball Stadium, powered by Jarvis Summers' 22 points and nine assists on efficient 56.3% shooting. Jarvis Doles recorded a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds, while Lem Ajith contributed 12 points in just 14 minutes.
Riley Harrap kept Norwood competitive with 27 points on 12-from-20 shooting, but received little support from his teammates. Aydan Janssan added a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds for Norwood. The Tigers' three-point shooting proved decisive, connecting on 12-from-32 (37.5%) compared to Norwood's 4-from-18 (22.2%). Southern Tigers controlled the game for over 36 minutes of play.
South Adelaide vs West Adelaide — Watch the Replay
West Adelaide edged out South Adelaide 97-89 at Port Adelaide Recreation Centre behind Keanu Rasmussen's explosive 28-point performance, which included five three-pointers on 62.5% shooting from deep. Jacob Tryon added 18 points and eight rebounds, while Lat Mayen recorded a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds.
South Adelaide's Kaleb Warner matched Rasmussen with 27 points on efficient 56.3% shooting, including five triples. Curtis Scott contributed 13 points and four assists for South Adelaide. Despite connecting on 40.7% from beyond the arc, South Adelaide couldn't overcome West Adelaide's 51-38 rebounding advantage. The highly competitive contest featured 11 lead changes before West Adelaide pulled away late.
