This comprehensive victory showcased Cairns' offensive firepower as they shot an impressive 54.1 percent from the field and connected on 44.4 percent of their three-point attempts. Despite Unique Thompson's valiant effort for Mackay with 30 points and 13 rebounds, and Emme Shearer's 19 points including five triples, the hosts struggled from the field, shooting just 36.6 percent overall.

Southern Districts claimed a hard-fought 91-84 victory against Brisbane at Auchenflower Stadium despite an extraordinary 49-point performance from Brisbane's Miela Goodchild. Leah Scott recorded a double-double with 19 points and 11 rebounds, while Amandine Toi added 16 points with four three-pointers in the dominant performance.
The visitors shot 55.6 percent from the field and held Ipswich to just 31.5 percent shooting in a comprehensive defensive effort. Kate Head led Ipswich with 15 points, but the home team struggled throughout, connecting on only 21.1 percent of their three-point attempts. Logan's balanced attack featured five players scoring in double figures as they cruised to the 44-point victory.
