Rockingham claimed a hard-fought 95-86 victory against Mandurah at Mandurah Aquatic & Recreation Centre on Friday. Marena Whittle was outstanding for the visitors, pouring in 30 points on an efficient 55 percent shooting from the field, while Alexandra Sharp delivered a double-double with 25 points and 10 rebounds, including a solid 3-from-5 from beyond the arc.

Despite the loss, Claire Jacobs put on a stellar performance for Mandurah with 27 points on 55.6 percent shooting. The contest featured 10 lead changes, with Rockingham capitalising on their three-point shooting, connecting on 11-from-27 (40.7 percent) compared to Mandurah's 7-from-25 (28 percent). The explosive guard shot an impressive 5-from-9 from three-point range and contributed 12 points in transition as Perth outscored East Perth 29-7 in fastbreak points. Anneli Maley delivered a monstrous double-double with 20 points and 27 rebounds (21 defensive), while adding seven assists in a complete performance.

East Perth centre Sasha Goodlett showcased her ability with 27 points and 14 rebounds on an efficient 12-from-18 shooting, but it wasn't enough to overcome Perth's firepower. The game was closer than the final score indicated, featuring five lead changes, but Perth pulled away with a 16-point scoring run. The visitors controlled the glass with a 48-39 rebounding advantage, led by Maley's dominant presence, while Natalie Chou added nine points, eight rebounds, and four steals to round out a comprehensive team effort.

The Joondalup Wolves edged out Eastern Suns 81-78 in a thrilling overtime battle at Ray Owen Sports Centre. Jorjah Smith was outstanding for the Wolves with a game-high 21 points including five triples, while Maddie Sutton contributed 20 points and six rebounds. Lesila Finau filled the stat sheet with 16 points, eight rebounds, and a stellar six steals for Joondalup.

Despite the loss, Eastern Suns' Karly Murphy put on a phenomenal performance with 30 points, 21 rebounds, and seven assists. The contest featured 22 lead changes and nine ties, showcasing the competitive nature of both teams. The Wolves' defensive pressure proved decisive, forcing 27 turnovers and converting them into 16 points. Joondalup's victory came despite being outrebounded 59-38, with their clutch free-throw shooting (22-from-33) helping secure the win.

East Perth Eagles dominated Goldfields Giants 97-64 at Morley Sport and Recreation Centre. American centre Sasha Goodlett delivered a dominant double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds on an efficient 10-from-14 from the field, while Madison Torresin added 17 points and eight boards. The Eagles controlled the paint, outscoring the Giants 58-20 inside.

Goldfields' Erin Antosh (21 points, 12 rebounds) and Nici Gilday (21 points, seven assists) tried valiantly to keep the Giants competitive, but East Perth's balanced attack proved too much. The Eagles shot 50.7 percent from the field compared to Goldfields' 31.5 percent and dominated the fast break points 28-4. East Perth built a lead as large as 36 points, with all nine players who took the court contributing to the scoring column in the comprehensive victory.
