Norwood's triple double delight against Centrals

Norwood dominated Central Districts 109-81 at The ARC Campbelltown, powered by an exceptional triple-double from Ke'Shunan James. The star performer filled the stat sheet with 29 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 assists while shooting an efficient 57.9% from the field. Central Districts' Tiahna Sears posted a valiant double-double with 19 points and 14 rebounds, but her efforts weren't enough to overcome the Flames' firepower.
The victory highlighted Norwood's balanced attack, with four players scoring in double figures. Maddy Hinton contributed 18 points including three triples, while Amanda Paschal added 17 points on stellar 70% shooting along with seven assists. Sophie Kerridge chipped in 16 points and four assists. The Flames controlled the contest throughout, building a 32-point lead at one stage and shooting 50.6% from the field compared to Central Districts' 35.8%. Norwood's 29 assists showcased their exceptional ball movement, while their defense forced 21 turnovers. Sydneysimone Wright (14 points) and Shanique Lucas (11 points, seven steals) provided support for Sears in the losing effort.
