The Rising Stars Australia Invitational tournament will bring together 128 players from 13 schools across Australia for three days of elite school basketball at Melbourne’s State Basketball Centre between May 8 to 10, 2026.
The boys division features eight schools, including traditional basketball powers St Patrick’s College, Berwick College and Willetton Senior High School, while the girls competition includes five programs led by Rowville Secondary, Barker College and Flinders College.
The event has become one of the most significant school basketball showcases in Australia, with ESPN set to stream the boys and girls Grand Finals live on Disney+ and Kayo. All 30 games across the tournament will also be streamed live on the Rising Stars Australia YouTube channel.
The winners will receive an invitation to the NBA Rising Stars Invitational in Singapore between June 22 and 28, 2026.
