Australia’s side of the official box score. Players who started carry a “Started” chip.
Where these numbers come from, and how they were checked
Sophie Richardson led the scoring with 18, five of nine from three. Lily Mapp had the biggest all-round game, 10 points and 12 rebounds. Five players reached double figures, and eleven of the twelve who took the floor scored.
Australia shot 53.3 per cent from the field and 40.0 per cent from three, and took 60 rebounds, 20 of them offensive.
Some rebounds belong to the team rather than to any player, two offensive and three defensive here, which is why the player rows do not reach the rebound totals on their own. Minutes come to 200:00, the five-on-the-floor figure, which is the check that the sheet is complete.
We work the percentages back out of the makes and attempts on each line, to the two decimal places this source uses, and they agree with the printed figure on every split. A shot type with no attempt shows no percentage, because none from none is not nought per cent.
The plus-minus column was checked rather than copied. It comes to +275, exactly five times the +55 margin, because five players are on the floor at all times. That gives the Philippines’ 47 from Australia’s sheet alone.
This is one team because one team is what was supplied.
