Australians went 8-6 in women's US college basketball on Sunday, November 9, 2025.

Brisbane’s Claire Fraser helped Northern Colorado to an overtime win, Davidson’s all-Aussie core dominated at home, and Perth’s Mia Jacobs added another strong outing for Oregon as the Ducks rolled over Montana.

Elsewhere, Sydney’s Abbey Vallance impressed with eight points for St. Thomas–Minnesota despite a close loss, while Weber State senior Antoniette Emma-Nnopu delivered another efficient double-digit performance. A handful of others, including Tess Heal, Holly Griffiths, and Casey Valenti-Paea, were quieter on the scoresheet.

The 6'0" Bear logged 24 minutes, finishing with four points, three rebounds, and two assists while shooting 2-from-5 from the field.

• Washington State 64 🇦🇺 Southern Utah 77: Tasmanian junior guard Charli Kay saw limited action in Southern Utah’s 77–64 win over Washington State. The 5'9" guard played five minutes, collecting one rebound in her first appearance of the 2025–26 season. Freshman Emily Scholtes didn't suit up.

• Westmont 51 🇦🇺 Pepperdine 74 — Melbourne-born freshman forward Zoe Shanahan earned the most minutes of her new college career in Pepperdine’s 74–51 win over Westmont on November 9. The 6'2" newcomer scored four points with one assist in nine minutes, shooting 1-from-2 from the field and 2-of-2 from the line in second game for the Waves.
• 🇦🇺 San Diego 48 Cal State Northridge 63: Australians Malia Tharpe and Lilly Amor featured in San Diego’s 63–48 loss to Cal State Northridge, with Tharpe posting two points, two rebounds, three steals, and a block in 27 minutes, while Amor added four points on perfect shooting off the bench.
