East Perth Eagles @ Warwick Senators

The Warwick Senators edged East Perth Eagles 87-86 in a thrilling contest at Morley Sport and Recreation Centre. Stacey Barr led the Senators with an outstanding 23 points, going 8-from-17 from the field including 2-from-5 from downtown.

East Perth's Abby Cubilo delivered a spectacular performance with 25 points on 7-from-14 shooting and 9-from-10 from the charity stripe in the losing effort.

The match featured a remarkable 21 lead changes with neither team able to establish dominance. Warwick's superior ball movement was evident with 21 assists to East Perth's 15, while the Senators dominated the glass with 44 rebounds to 36, including 20 offensive boards.

Natalie Burton and Mackenzie Clinch Hoycard both recorded double-doubles for Warwick, with Burton grabbing 11 offensive rebounds to create crucial second-chance opportunities that ultimately proved decisive in the one-point victory.

Perry Lakes Hawks @ Willetton Tigers

Willetton Tigers secured a hard-fought 78-72 victory against Perry Lakes Hawks at Willetton Basketball Stadium behind a dominant performance from Zitina Aokuso.

The standout centre recorded 29 points and 13 rebounds while shooting an efficient 8-from-10 from the field and drawing 12 fouls. Amy Jacobs led the Hawks with 18 points including 4-from-7 from three-point range.

The Tigers overcame 22 turnovers by dominating inside, shooting 51.2 percent on two-point attempts while outscoring Perry Lakes 38-34 in the paint. Despite Perry Lakes forcing 15 steals and having three players score in double figures, they struggled with shooting efficiency, connecting on just 34.7 percent of their field goal attempts.

Ajulu Thatha added 13 rebounds for Willetton while the Hawks' Jayda Clark contributed 18 points and six rebounds in the losing effort.

Joondalup Wolves @ Lakeside Lightning

Lakeside Lightning defeated Joondalup Wolves 74-65 at HBF Arena Joondalup behind Oceane Kounkou's 19 points and Teige Morrell's monster double-double of 14 points and 24 rebounds.

Morrell dominated the glass with 14 defensive and 10 offensive rebounds, while Samantha Lubcke added 16 points and eight boards for the Lightning.

Joondalup's offense struggled, particularly inside where they shot just 29.7 percent on two-point attempts while being outscored 40-14 in the paint. The Wolves stayed competitive with 12 three-pointers, as Jhazmin Joson and Maddie Sutton each scored 15 points in the losing effort.

Lakeside's control of the rebounds (56-43) and interior scoring proved decisive, allowing them to maintain their lead throughout the second half despite Stefanie Berberabe's disruptive defensive effort that resulted in six steals for Joondalup.
