Olivia Levicki produced a stellar double-double with 28 points and 15 rebounds as West Adelaide secured a hard-fought 74-65 victory against North Adelaide at The Lights Community and Sports Centre. Levicki shot an efficient 11-from-21 from the field while dominating the glass with five offensive rebounds.
North Adelaide's Mollie McKendrick delivered an impressive 26-point performance, shooting 10-from-18 from the field, while Jordyn Freer added 21 points and seven assists. However, West Adelaide's superior rebounding (48-36) and better shooting from three-point range (26.3 percent to 8.7 percent) proved decisive. Chloe Hodges contributed 18 points, six rebounds and seven assists for West Adelaide, who led for nearly 40 minutes of the contest.
Sturt 71 def Mavericks 30 — Watch the Replay
Tayla Brazel led a dominant Sturt performance with 19 points as they dismantled the Mavericks 71-30 at St Francis de Sales Community Sports Centre. Sydney Mech added 14 points and nine rebounds while shooting an outstanding 7-from-11 from the field (63.6 percent) as Sturt controlled the game from start to finish.
The Eagles overwhelmed the Mavericks in all facets, shooting 42.9 percent from the field compared to Mavericks' dismal 17.2 percent. Sturt dominated the paint, outscoring their opponents 48-14 inside, while holding a commanding 53-39 rebounding advantage. Bella Schaftenaar tried valiantly for the Mavericks with six points, six rebounds and four steals, but Sturt's balanced attack with four players scoring in double figures proved too powerful.
Forestville 84 def Norwood 81 — Watch the Replay
Samantha Simons scored 20 points and dished six assists as Forestville edged Norwood 84-81 in a thrilling contest at The ARC Campbelltown. Jess Simons added 18 points including three triples, while Rachael King contributed 15 points and eight rebounds for the Eagles.
Norwood's Ke'Shunan James put on a show with 25 points, shooting 7-from-14 from the field and 9-from-12 from the free-throw line. Amanda Paschal recorded a double-double with 15 points and 12 rebounds along with nine assists, falling just short of a triple-double. The game featured six lead changes with Forestville hitting 10 three-pointers and forcing 21 Norwood turnovers to secure the victory despite trailing for much of the contest.
Central Districts 72 def Southern Tigers 59 — Watch the Replay
Tiahna Sears delivered a dominant double-double with 20 points and 11 rebounds as Central Districts defeated Southern Tigers 72-59 at Morphett Vale Basketball Stadium. Sears shot an efficient 6-from-13 from the field and 8-from-12 from the free-throw line while adding two steals in an all-round performance.
Shanique Lucas contributed 16 points, four rebounds, six assists and four steals for Central Districts, who forced 21 turnovers and converted them into 14 points. The Tigers were led by Iva Belosevic with 18 points, nine rebounds and seven assists, but struggled with their shooting, hitting just 34.9 percent from the field. Central Districts' control of the paint (32-30) and superior execution in transition helped them maintain their lead throughout the second half.
South Adelaide 90 def Woodville 79 — Watch the Replay
Hannah Gardiner poured in 19 points as South Adelaide outlasted Woodville 90-79 in a high-scoring affair at St Clair Recreation Centre. Darcy Rees and Ashleigh Spencer each added 15 points, with Rees shooting a perfect 7-from-7 from the free-throw line in a balanced scoring attack.
Jasmin Fejo led Woodville with 21 points, nine rebounds and six assists, while Ambah Kowcun added 20 points including six three-pointers. South Adelaide's victory was built on superior shooting (45.2 percent to 41.9 percent) and dominance at the free-throw line, where they made 23 of 33 attempts. Lauren Gibbons orchestrated the Panthers' offense with eight assists and four steals, helping South Adelaide take control in the final quarter after 15 lead changes in this back-and-forth contest.
