Dandenong secured a dominant 86-65 victory against Nunawading at Dandenong Basketball Stadium, fuelled by Nyadiew Puoch's explosive 37-point performance. The dynamic forward and WNBA Atlanta Dream draftee shot an outstanding 15-from-23 from the field, including 4-from-7 from beyond the arc, while adding six rebounds. Georgia Booth contributed a double-double threat with 13 points and nine rebounds, while Dallas Loughridge added 12 points.

The Rangers controlled the contest from early on, building a lead that stretched to as much as 21 points during their most dominant stretches. Dandenong's interior dominance was evident as they outscored Nunawading 56-28 in the paint and won the rebounding battle 37-32. For Nunawading, Rachel Brewster led the resistance with 20 points and seven rebounds, while Shaneice Swain added 14 points despite struggling with four turnovers. The Spectres shot just 30 percent from three-point range, converting only 9-of-30 attempts in a game where they held the lead for just one minute and 34 seconds.

The Ballarat Rush secured a hard-fought 66-60 victory against the Bendigo Braves at Red Energy Arena Bendigo. Julia Gladkova led the Rush with 15 efficient points on 54.5% shooting, while Micah Simpson contributed 17 points and five assists. For Bendigo, American import Taisheka Porchia recorded a dominant double-double with 22 points and 14 rebounds, including 10 offensive boards.

This back-and-forth contest featured 11 lead changes, with Ballarat controlling the final quarter to secure the win. The Rush overcame a rebounding disadvantage (41-49) by forcing 21 Braves turnovers and connecting on six three-pointers. Ballarat's Georgia Woolley added 12 points and eight rebounds while the team's defense limited Bendigo to just 21.7% shooting from beyond the arc in a tightly contested matchup.

The Keilor Thunder dominated the Casey Cavaliers 88-66 at Keilor Stadium behind Maddison Rocci's explosive 29-point performance. Rocci filled the stat sheet with seven assists and five steals while shooting an efficient 42.9% from the field. Isabelle Bourne contributed 23 points and six rebounds, while Penina Davidson posted an impressive double-double with 18 points and 12 rebounds for the Thunder.

Keilor overwhelmed Casey in the paint, outscoring the Cavaliers 44-16 inside while forcing 17 turnovers that led to 19 points. Casey's Lauryn Hippolite tried to keep the Cavaliers competitive with 19 points, including six three-pointers on 75% shooting from distance. However, Keilor's dominance on the boards (45-48) and superior field goal percentage (45.1% to 29.4%) proved too much for Casey to overcome.

The Diamond Valley Eagles dismantled the Eltham Wildcats 92-55 at Montmorency Secondary College. Tayha Watkins exploded for a game-high 24 points on 61.5% shooting, including 3-from-5 from three-point range. Stephanie Reid added 15 points and six steals, while Abbey Ellis contributed 13 points and six rebounds for the Eagles.

Diamond Valley's suffocating defense forced 27 turnovers and converted them into 20 points. The Eagles dominated inside, outscoring Eltham 48-22 in the paint while shooting an efficient 53.2% on two-point attempts. Despite Kennedy Dickie's 20 points and eight rebounds for Eltham, the Wildcats never threatened after Diamond Valley established a commanding lead that stretched to 37 points. The Eagles' balanced attack featured six players scoring eight or more points in the blowout victory.

The Frankston Blues secured a hard-fought 71-59 victory against the Nunawading Spectres at Nunawading Basketball Centre. The Blues outperformed the Spectres from the free-throw line, converting 19-of-23 attempts (82.6%) compared to Nunawading's 10-of-14 (71.4%). Frankston's defense limited Nunawading to just 12% shooting from three-point range.

Nunawading's Shaneice Swain led all Spectres with 15 points despite shooting just 6-from-20 from the field, while Laina Snyder recorded a double-double with 14 points, 11 rebounds, five assists and four steals in the losing effort. The game featured 15 lead changes and six ties, demonstrating the competitive nature of the contest. Frankston's superior rebounding (45-36) and ability to get to the free-throw line proved decisive in securing the road victory.

The Knox Raiders edged the Kilsyth Cobras 68-61 at Kilsyth Sports Centre behind Alicia Froling's dominant 22-point performance. Froling shot an efficient 9-from-18 from the field while drawing eight fouls. Rachel Bell added 11 points on 55.6% shooting in just 16 minutes of play for Knox. Kilsyth's Abby O'Connor led all scorers with 21 points despite her team's defeat.

Knox dominated inside, shooting 58.5% on two-point attempts while outscoring Kilsyth 46-26 in the paint. The Raiders overcame 19 turnovers by controlling the glass with a 53-43 rebounding advantage, including Agnes Emma-Nnopu's 10 rebounds. Kilsyth's Nikita Young (11 points, five steals) and Anamaria Virjoghe (10 points, 10 rebounds) had solid performances, but the Cobras couldn't overcome their 29.9% shooting from the field in the loss.

Geelong Supercats dominated the Melbourne Tigers 79-56 at The Geelong Arena behind a spectacular performance from Jaz Shelley. The Australian guard tallied 25 points, eight assists, six rebounds and three steals while shooting 9-from-17 from the field including 4-from-8 from beyond the arc. Annika Stewart added 12 points on efficient 5-of-9 shooting with three steals for Geelong.

The Supercats showcased outstanding ball movement with 25 assists on 31 made field goals while dominating the glass 49-38. Despite Sara Blicavs scoring 26 points for Melbourne and Isobel Borlase adding 23 points on 52.9% shooting, the Tigers couldn't overcome Geelong's balanced attack. The Supercats broke the game open with a 12-0 run in the third quarter and maintained control throughout, shooting 36% from three-point range compared to Melbourne's 18.2%.

The Waverley Falcons edged the Ringwood Hawks 82-76 at The Rings in a thrilling contest featuring 22 lead changes and 10 ties. Carley Ernst anchored Waverley's interior defense with 16 rebounds and nine points, while Amelia Todhunter added eight points and five assists. For Ringwood, Lana Hollingsworth scored a game-high 25 points on efficient 58.8% shooting.

Despite Ringwood's superior shooting percentage (49.2% to 38.9%), Waverley's dominance on the glass proved decisive as they out-rebounded the Hawks 49-30. The Falcons converted 19-of-22 free throws (86.4%) compared to Ringwood's 7-of-11 (63.6%), which made the difference in the close contest. Alexandra Wittinger contributed 18 points, seven rebounds and four blocks for Ringwood, but Waverley's balanced scoring and rebounding advantage sealed the victory.
