What the Round Told Us
Cairns continues to look like the league’s most complete team, but Gold Coast’s offensive ceiling may now be the biggest threat to the unbeaten Marlins. The Rollers exploded for 130 points behind elite shooting and ball movement, while Sunshine Coast also cracked 120 in another sign the competition’s fastest teams are beginning to separate offensively. Beneath the top four, consistency remains the defining issue, with Mackay, Southern Districts and Brisbane all trading wins week-to-week.
