Two Aussies spearheaded their teams to impressive victories as Dyson Daniels keeps climbing

Life without Trae Young appears bright for Aussie Dyson Daniels.

In their first game with new additions CJ McCollum and Corey Kispert, who were dealt in the recent trade with the Washington Wizards, the Atlanta Hawks trounced the inconsistent Golden State Warriors on the road.

And just days after recording the first triple-double of his NBA career, Daniels was on triple-double watch again, to lead the young and upstart Hawks to a 124-111 victory at the Chase Center in San Francisco.

Daniels fell one assist and three rebounds short of his second triple-double within a week as the Boomers backcourt star earns more ball-handling opportunities with Young now moved on.

It was the third straight win for the Hawks, who look dangerous with the youth and length at their disposal, led by the likes of Jalen Johnson alongside Daniels. Atlanta also reportedly still have a trade for star big man Anthony Davis on the radar.

Fellow Boomers teammate and big man Jock Landale made it a big day for Aussies in the NBA, once again starring for the Memphis Grizzlies in a hard-fought win over the Brooklyn Nets.
