Dyson Daniels delivered efficient, mistake-free minutes as Lakers blew out Hawks in LA.

NBA Box Score: Atlanta Hawks @ Los Angeles Lakers

Los Angeles separated early and never let the game tighten, pouring in 81 first-half points and shooting 58% from the field and 56% from three in a dominant home performance. The Lakers consistently punished Atlanta’s defensive rotations, generating 36 assists and controlling the glass behind a strong interior presence.

For Atlanta, Dyson Daniels delivered a composed two-way night despite the lopsided result. Starting at point guard, Daniels logged 33 minutes and finished with eight points on 4-of-6 shooting, eight rebounds, five assists, two steals, and one block, committing zero turnovers. He was one of the few Hawks able to impact multiple phases, using his size to rebound over smaller guards and his defensive instincts to disrupt passing lanes, even as Los Angeles’ offensive efficiency stretched the game beyond reach. He spent the night chasing around Los Angeles Lakers superstars Luka Doncic and LeBron James.

Atlanta struggled to keep pace from deep, hitting just 28% from three, and the margin ballooned during a second-quarter surge where the Lakers repeatedly converted early-offence looks and kick-out threes. While Nickeil Alexander-Walker provided scoring punch, the Hawks couldn’t sustain stops or match the Lakers’ shot quality.

The win reinforced the Lakers’ offensive rhythm and depth, while for the Atlanta Hawks, Daniels’ stat line stood out as a reminder of his expanding responsibility — efficient, mistake-free, and defensively engaged — even on a night where the scoreboard told a different story.

NBA Box Score: Minnesota Timberwolves 139 Milwaukee Bucks 106

Minnesota blew the game open early and never looked back, scoring 76 points in the first half and turning the contest into a rout by the third quarter. The Timberwolves shot 60% from the field and 52% from three, overwhelming Milwaukee with pace, spacing, and ball movement in a dominant road performance.

The Wolves’ starters established immediate control, with multiple players scoring efficiently and consistently bending Milwaukee’s defence. Minnesota finished with 37 assists, repeatedly generating open looks against a Bucks defence that struggled to contain dribble penetration and recover to shooters.

Off the bench, Joe Ingles played a limited role, logging eight minutes without a field goal attempt, finishing scoreless while contributing two rebounds, one assist, and two steals. His minutes came during an already decisive stretch of the game, as Minnesota comfortably extended its lead through depth and energy rather than reliance on any single bench scorer.

Milwaukee was led by Giannis Antetokounmpo with 25 points and eight rebounds, but the Bucks never recovered from Minnesota’s second-quarter surge, where defensive breakdowns and transition lapses saw the margin quickly balloon.

For the Minnesota Timberwolves, it was a comprehensive win built on efficiency, balance, and sustained pressure — a performance that reflected control rather than volatility from opening tip to final buzzer
