How to read this squad list
Every player contracted to the club, with his current status. Imports, development players and replacement players are marked in the Type column. Status comes from the NBL's own injury list and our own reporting; a player the league has not listed shows as Available, which means the league has said nothing about him rather than that a club has declared him fit.
The detail behind this chart
Last updated: October 7, 2026.
Corey Webster has signed as an injury replacement for Flynn Cameron. The 36ers announced the 37-year-old New Zealand international on 6 October 2026. He has played 287 NBL games across 13 seasons, 11 with the Breakers and two with Perth, won three NBL championships, and averaged 18.7 points in the New Zealand NBL while shooting 40.2 per cent from three. The club calls him a guard without naming the spot, so his shooting guard column is our projection, not the club's; it is where Cameron sat. A New Zealander is a local in the NBL and an injury replacement sits outside the contracted eleven, so the 36ers remain full at eleven of eleven with their three import places unchanged. Flynn Cameron, Bul Kuol and Isaac Humphries are on the chart because they are injured, not because they will play. Each keeps the position he was signed to play and sits in the depth row: the NBL lists Cameron (ankle) to return in Round 5, Kuol is out with a torn ACL, and Humphries (knee) has not played this season and has no return date. The centre rotation spot is blank because no other centre is contracted. Deonte Williams is now below this chart's three depth tiers. The development player has played three games, and the shooting guard column is full. Jacob Rigoni has signed as a nominated replacement player while Bul Kuol rehabilitates. An earlier version of this page carried him as a report, because at the time only Fox Sports Australia had it. The club and the league have both since published it, so it is now shown as the signing it is. Rigoni is a 27-year-old South Australian who filled this role for Adelaide once before, in NBL24, and averaged 22.8 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists for the Sturt Sabres in NBL1 Central. A nominated replacement sits outside the contracted eleven and he is a local, so the 36ers remain full at eleven of eleven with their three import places unchanged. Harvey White returns to Adelaide as a development player, a second stint after a spell at Colorado Mesa in the NCAA. The league lists him fourth at point guard, behind Bryce Cotton, Isaac White and Keanu Rasmussen, so he sits below this chart's three depth tiers rather than displacing anyone. He is not the same player as Isaac White, and both are named in full throughout for that reason. Raheim Brown Jnr is the youngest player signed by an NBL club. The 36ers announced the Woodville High School student as a development player on 22 September 2026, and the signing moves him past Cairns Taipans Next Star Luke Paul as the youngest currently on an NBL list. He is a West Adelaide Bearcats junior and played nine games on debut in NBL1 Central this year, averaging 2.0 points, 1.56 rebounds and 0.56 assists. Like Harvey White he is contracted without a rotation slot, so he sits below this chart's three depth tiers; a development player sits outside the contracted eleven, so Adelaide remain full at eleven of eleven with their three import places unchanged.
3 of the 13 players shown are import players; 3 of the 13 players shown are players carrying an injury; 1 of the 13 players shown is a nominated replacement player; 1 of the 13 players shown is an injury replacement player.
The roster is full: all 11 contracted spots are taken. 13 players are shown above; 1 nominated replacement player and 1 injury replacement player sit outside that cap and do not count against it.
On the roster but not projected in the rotation above: Deonte Williams (development player); Harvey White (development player); Raheim Brown Jnr (development player).
Depth order follows the NBL's own published projection.
How to read these charts
Positions run across the top and depth runs down, so the top row is the projected starting five. A dash means no player is currently projected in that slot. Where a club has not named a position, the placement shown is our reading and the detail above says so.
Why a contracted player can have no rotation slot
This roster and our projected depth chart are different claims. The depth chart shows the rotation we expect; this table shows who is contracted. A player can be contracted and have no rotation slot, and that is not an error in either table. Contracted to Adelaide 36ers and outside our projected rotation: Deonte Williams, Harvey White. A squad runs to sixteen and a rotation to fifteen, so some contracted players have no chart place. Raheim Brown Jnr is on our roster on the Adelaide 36ers' own announcement of 22 September 2026, which named him a development player for NBL27 and the youngest player signed by an NBL club. Marker meanings: (IMP) is an import; (IP) is an import player; (DP) is a development player; (IRP) is an injury replacement player; (NRP) is a nominated replacement player; (NS) is a Next Star.

The detail behind this chart
Last updated: October 10, 2026.
Sam McDaniel is out again, this time with a lower leg injury from the 3 October game against Tasmania, and will miss at least six weeks; the NBL lists him back in Round 8. He stays on the chart, badged, in the depth row, and Josh Duach suits up in his absence. Mawot Mag joins as McDaniel's injury replacement player, the NBL announced on 9 October. The forward, who played 16 games for Cairns last season, is named here rather than placed because both forward columns already run three deep, and as an injury replacement he sits outside the eleven. Taine Murray is still out with the lower limb injury he carried out of the off-season; the NBL lists him as due back between Rounds 4 and 6. He keeps his place here because he is contracted and projected in the rotation once fit.
Billy McRae has signed as a development player, so he does not take a contracted spot and Brisbane remain full at eleven. The 18-year-old is 6ft 5in and the club describes him only as a guard, so his slot here is our projection: he averaged 11.2 points, 5.7 rebounds and 4.2 assists for Warwick Senators in NBL1 West and took the organisation's Coaches Award, and won a silver medal at the FIBA U17 Oceania Cup in December, where a 19-point, 14-rebound, seven-assist semi-final against Guam headlined averages of 6.8 points and 5.8 rebounds. This projection also moves Lat Mayen from small forward to second-string power forward, with Harry Rouhliadeff behind him. Archie Woodhill has since joined as a nominated replacement player, which also sits outside the cap, so the Bullets remain at eleven. The 24-year-old centre arrives from two seasons at Tasmania and won the NBL23 title with Sydney, and averaged 17.9 points and 7.5 rebounds at 65.5 per cent from the field for Diamond Valley Eagles in NBL1 South. The club has not said whom he replaces. Arnas Velicka has a quad injury and is expected to be out for about eight weeks, Olgun Uluc of ESPN reported on October 10, 2026, citing sources; the club is aiming for him to return after the November FIBA window. He keeps his place here because the roster spot is still his; the chip marks him out.

The roster is full: all 11 contracted spots are taken. 15 players are shown above; 3 development players and 1 nominated replacement player sit outside that cap and do not count against it.

Malique Lewis completes the roster. The 2026 NBA Draft pick, taken 60th by Milwaukee, signed on 25 August on a two-year deal with a club option for the second year, and the club says the signing completes its NBL27 squad. He arrives from South East Melbourne, where he spent two seasons as a Next Star, played 63 games and averaged 6.9 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.2 steals in NBL26. He is an import on the club's own wording (Adam Forde describes him as filling "the import spot"), which gives Cairns two, alongside Jaylon Brown. Small forward is the league's own projection. Jaylin Galloway has signed a one-year deal, announced on 15 August after a mutual release from the Sydney Kings. He is not available for the 20 September opener after a further shoulder operation, and is projected here at shooting guard, where the league's own chart places him. Sunday Dech is out for at least four weeks with a hamstring injury and Shaun Bruce (groin) is a game-day decision, the Taipans confirmed on 7 October; both are on the chart because they are injured, not because they will play. Luke Paul is over the ankle injury that kept him out of the opening rounds and is set to make his NBL debut against Brisbane on Thursday 8 October, reported by Michael Randall of the Herald Sun. Walter Brown is carried here although the club's signing story does not name him. That release lists an eleven-man squad without him, the third club prose list to omit him; the league's roster tracker still carries him as incoming and still gives him a small-forward slot, and the contracted count only reaches a complete eleven with him in it. Brody Nunn is a development player whom the league lists as a fourth-string point guard; this chart runs three deep, so he is named here rather than given a slot.
2 of the 14 players shown are import players; 1 of the 14 players shown is a Next Star; 2 of the 14 players shown are development players; 3 of the 14 players shown are players carrying an injury.

Mason Peatling will miss the rest of NBL27. Illawarra announced on 9 October that he will have season-ending foot surgery. He stays on this chart at backup centre, marked (INJ), because he is still a Hawks player, but he will not play again this season.
Todd Blanchfield is out with a broken finger and is marked (INJ) at small forward. No return date has been given.
Tyler Harvey is back in the starting line-up at shooting guard.
Makur Maker has joined the Hawks for the rest of NBL27 and made his debut against South East Melbourne on 4 October, playing 22 minutes off the bench. He slots in behind Kelan Martin at power forward.
Darius Days has left the Hawks. Illawarra announced on 24 September that the club and Days had parted ways after one game of the season, so he has come off this chart rather than being carried with a badge.
Tyler Harvey is a local, and Illawarra's import places are now held by Milton Doyle and Kelan Martin. Harvey became an Australian citizen on Saturday 29 August, which is what freed the place Kelan Martin took. Who holds the third place is a question for the club, and this chart will say so when they do.
Kelan Martin fills the starting power forward slot this chart had been holding open. He has played for the Hawks, and Illawarra fielded Doyle, Days, Martin and Harvey in the same game, which only works if Harvey is a local.

The detail behind this chart
Last updated: October 3, 2026.
Shea Ili is back from the hamstring injury that kept him out of every game of NBL27 so far, as the back-up point guard behind Cole Anthony.
Melbourne United signed two guards and lost a development player on 17 September. Austin Shelley joins as the club's second nominated replacement player and Will Hynes as a development player, both 24. Shelley led the Blues to their first NBL1 South championship since the 2019 rebrand, averaging 16.4 points and four assists; Hynes scored 22.4 points a game for the Ballarat Miners. Every one of the three moves involves a player outside the salary cap, so the eleven contracted places are unchanged. Shelley is shown at point guard, and that column is ours. The club calls both men guards and says nothing narrower, so he is placed where the guard columns had room and where the assists suggest he plays, rather than where anyone has put him. Will Hynes is named here rather than given a slot. This chart runs three deep and the shooting-guard column is already three deep behind Chris Goulding, so there is no fourth place to show him in without pushing somebody out on no evidence. Harry Neilson has left the roster. He and the club mutually agreed to conclude his development player agreement while he explores college basketball in the United States, and he stays with the team as a training player for the season. He held the third centre slot on this chart until 17 September, so he is named here rather than simply disappearing from it; a training player is not a roster player and cannot hold a depth slot. Sean Macdonald will miss the whole of NBL27. Melbourne United confirmed on 1 September that he will undergo a second ACL reconstruction, having first ruptured the knee playing for the Australian Boomers in August 2025. He is a nominated replacement player and sits outside the cap either way; he is named beneath the chart rather than given a depth slot, because a chart projects who plays. This projection reshuffles more than most: Luke Travers starts at small forward with Joe Ingles behind him, Tom Wilson moves from third-string point guard to back-up shooting guard, Kyle Bowen shifts to back-up power forward, and Fabijan Krslovic moves to back-up centre, filling the slot the club's previous chart left as an unnamed import.
2 of the 14 players shown are import players; 2 of the 14 players shown are development players; 1 of the 14 players shown is a nominated replacement player.
The roster is full: all 11 contracted spots are taken. 14 players are shown above; 2 development players and 1 nominated replacement player sit outside that cap and do not count against it.
On the roster but not projected in the rotation above: Sean Macdonald (nominated replacement player, out for the season); Will Hynes (development player).

Last updated: October 10, 2026.
Charles Bediako starts at centre, not power forward. This chart previously projected him one place across; the club lists him as a centre and the league's own depth chart agrees, so Bediako and Sam Mennenga swap and Mennenga starts at power forward. Bediako is the club's third import and the roster is full at eleven of eleven. Four development players are now on the list: Tukaha Cooper, Kazlo Evans Jr., Kael Robinson and Aubrey Chunga. Cooper was previously carried without the marker; a development player sits outside the eleven, so tagging him costs the club no contracted spot. Aubrey Chunga is ranked fourth small forward on the league's chart; this one runs three deep, so he is named here rather than given a slot. Josiah-Jordan James has a torn left hamstring and will miss the start of NBL27, the club saying he will be reassessed in four to six weeks. He keeps his place here because the roster spot is still his; the chip marks him out. Mojave King has signed as an injury replacement player and is on our roster table, but he is given no slot on this chart: the NBL reported the signing on September 16, 2026 sourcing it to Fox Sports and then ESPN, and no league roster surface carries him at the club yet, so any rotation place would be ours alone to invent. Gordon Herbert is the new head coach, replacing Petteri Koponen. Parker Jackson-Cartwright is out for a number of weeks with a lower-leg injury, the club announced on October 10, 2026; Kael Robinson replaced him in the squad for that night's game at Perth. He keeps his place here because the roster spot is still his; the chip marks him out.
3 of the 14 players shown are import players; 3 of the 14 players shown are development players; 2 of the 14 players shown are players carrying an injury.
The roster is full: all 11 contracted spots are taken. 14 players are shown above; 3 development players sit outside that cap and do not count against it.
On the roster but not projected in the rotation above: Aubrey Chunga (development player).
Contracted to New Zealand Breakers and outside our projected rotation: Aubrey Chunga. A squad runs to sixteen and a rotation to fifteen, so some contracted players have no chart place. Mojave King is signed as an injury replacement player for Josiah-Jordan James, first reported on 16 September 2026, and he has since played in all four of the Breakers' games, per the NBL's own box scores. He is not yet in a projected rotation slot on this chart. Marker meanings: (IMP) is an import; (IP) is an import player; (DP) is a development player; (IRP) is an injury replacement player; (NRP) is a nominated replacement player; (NS) is a Next Star.

Last updated: October 9, 2026.
Tana Kopa is on the chart from 6 September, on Peter Brown's instruction and the club's own signing release, which calls him a West Australian guard signed as a development player on a two-year deal. He was named in this note rather than placed until now because no position had been published. The column is ours, not the club's: the release says guard without saying which, and the point-guard column is already three deep, so he is shown at shooting guard.
Brandon Knight fills the point guard slot Perth had been holding all pre-season, and completes the roster. The Wildcats signed the 34-year-old on 14 September, days out from the season, ending a pursuit that began 18 months earlier when he was first linked to the club as an injury replacement for David Duke Jr. He was the eighth pick of the 2011 NBA draft, out of Kentucky, and played 451 regular-season games across a decade for Detroit, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Houston, Cleveland and Dallas. He takes Perth's third import place alongside Dylan Windler and Kristian Doolittle. Last season he averaged 18.0 points and 6.3 assists in 20 games for Mets de Guaynabo in Puerto Rico, the club Bryce Cotton also played for. Knight will make his NBL debut against the New Zealand Breakers at RAC Arena on Saturday 10 October, the club confirmed on Friday 9 October 2026. He did not play in any of Perth's first four games of the season, and has held his place at the top of the chart throughout. Jaron Rillie is back from the lower leg injury that kept him out of Perth's first games of the season. Jo Lual-Acuil Jr is out with a calf injury, with a review due in three weeks.
Jimmy Whitt has been replaced on the roster by Knight. Whitt had signed as a nominated replacement player on a one-year contract, arriving from the Gold Coast Rollers. Blake Nielsen has had a reconstruction on a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee and the club expects him to miss the entirety of the 2026-27 season, so he moves from the depth chart to the note; he remains a development player on the roster and does not count against the eleven. Marley Sam has a sprained ligament in his wrist and will be reassessed in two weeks, a timeline that keeps him available well before the season opens, so he is still projected as the third-string point guard. Angus Brandt fills the back-up centre spot this chart previously carried as an unfilled local slot; his depth position is our projection, not the club's. Anthony Dell'Orso, signed for three years out of the NCAA, is projected to start at shooting guard ahead of Elijah Pepper. Knight’s own placement is not a projection: Peter Brown and the club both name him as the starting point guard.
3 of the 13 players shown are imports; 2 of the 13 players shown are development players; 1 of the 13 players shown is a player carrying an injury.
The roster is full: all 11 contracted spots are taken. 13 players are shown above; 2 development players sit outside that cap and do not count against it.
On the roster but not projected in the rotation above: Blake Nielsen (development player, out for the season).
How to read these charts

Why a contracted player can have no rotation slot
This roster and our projected depth chart are different claims. The depth chart shows the rotation we expect; this table shows who is contracted. A player can be contracted and have no rotation slot, and that is not an error in either table. Marker meanings: (IMP) is an import; (IP) is an import player; (DP) is a development player; (IRP) is an injury replacement player; (NRP) is a nominated replacement player; (NS) is a Next Star.

Yannis Morin starts at power forward. He was previously shown third at small forward, which was our own projection rather than the club's; both the NBL's own NBL27 roster tracker and our SuperCoach analysis already had him at power forward ahead of Hunter Goodrick, so this brings the chart into line with them. Goodrick moves to second and Daniel Foster to third, and small forward now runs two deep behind D'Shawn Schwartz. Morin's arrival takes South East Melbourne to all three import places used, and moving him between columns does not change that count.
Sam Davidson is confirmed by the club. South East Melbourne announced the signing on 2 September, with general manager of basketball operations Simon Mitchell saying the 25-year-old "really showed his skill and work ethic during the recent pre-season games". ESPN's Olgun Uluc reported a one-year deal on 1 September; the club has not stated the term. He averaged 15.9 points for the Dandenong Rangers in NBL1 South and has already played through the Phoenix's pre-season, with 14 points, four assists and three steals against Japan's B.League United side. He is a local, which is the only way the roster works with all three import places already used. His arrival fills the last place and takes South East Melbourne to eleven of eleven. The open spot this chart had been carrying at power forward is filled by a guard instead. His depth position behind Skylar Mays is our projection, not the club's.

The roster is complete at eleven of eleven. Will Johnston signed on 25 August as the final piece, a guard on a one-year deal who played the 2026 NBA Summer League with the New York Knicks and averaged 28 points in NBL1 East for Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai. He fills the spot left open when Jaylin Galloway was released to Cairns on 15 August. Andrew Carr is a nominated replacement player for Keli Leaupepe, so he sits outside the contracted eleven rather than taking a third import place; the club describes him as an import big man, and whether a nominated replacement consumes an import slot has still not been stated. Leaupepe is injured and keeps his contracted spot. Kendric Davis and Torrey Craig are the two imports inside the eleven. Depth positions follow the club's own listing rather than our projection, which has moved Makuach Maluach to the second guard line, Jason Spurgin to centre and Leaupepe back to power forward.
Bailey Hanson joined as a development player on 1 September, a young guard who averaged 12.6 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.0 steals for Norths in NBL1 East this season. A development player sits outside the contracted eleven, so the roster is still complete at eleven of eleven and he does not take a squad place. His position here is ours, not the club's. The Kings have said only that he is a guard, and he is shown at point guard on the strength of his assist rate. It will be corrected the moment the club lists him.
Lachlan Bofinger signed as a second nominated replacement player on 1 September, a 25-year-old forward who averaged 16.8 points, 9.2 rebounds and three assists for the Norths Bears in NBL1 East this season. He is a local, so he takes no import place, and like Andrew Carr he sits outside the contracted eleven, which remains full. Power forward is the league's own placement, not our projection. He arrived as cover while Kendric Davis was held in the United States by a passport delay that ruled him out of the CODE Sports NBL Blitz. Davis is back in Australia and available. That was a travel absence from a pre-season event rather than a season one, so Davis is unchanged at starting point guard here.
2 of the 14 players shown are imports; 2 of the 14 players shown are nominated replacement players; 1 of the 14 players shown is a player carrying an injury; 1 of the 14 players shown is a development player.

Tasmania's eleven contracted spots are all taken and all three import places are used: David Johnson, Dakota Mathias and Bryce Hamilton. The two development players, Jed Richardson and Ryley Haywood, sit outside that eleven and do not take a contracted spot. Ben Ayre, Anthony Drmic and Majok Deng are injured, and they stay on the chart, badged, so a reader looking for them can see why they will not play. Tasmania signed Biwali Bayles and Kody Stattmann as injury replacement players for Ayre and Drmic on September 30, 2026; like the development players, they do not take a contracted spot. Bayles is shown at point guard, and that column is ours: the signing named no positions, so he is placed beside Ayre, the man he replaces. Stattmann is not placed, because the small forward column is already three deep. Deng sits in the depth row and the rotation spot at power forward is left open, because the NBL expects him back only in Rounds 8 to 10. Bryce Hamilton and Josh Bannan are carrying injuries and are badged accordingly; they hold their places in the starting five because neither has been ruled out for the season, and the NBL lists Bannan as a game-time decision.
3 of the 14 players shown are imports; 2 of the 14 players shown are development players; 1 of the 14 players shown is an injury replacement player; 5 of the 14 players shown are players carrying an injury.
