Luke Rosendale was outstanding with 32 points, including 7-from-13 from downtown, along with eight rebounds, while Nicholas Stoddart contributed 26 points on efficient 55.6% shooting with five assists and three steals.

This win extended Ballarat's strong recent form, overcoming a 23-point deficit to claw back control of the contest. Despite Jock Perry's impressive 32-point performance for Diamond Valley, including a perfect 3-from-3 from three-point range, and Jesse Mcintosh's 21 points, the Eagles couldn't maintain their early advantage. Ballarat's three-point shooting proved decisive, connecting on 14-from-32 (43.8%) compared to Diamond Valley's 9-from-23 (39.1%).

Mason Forbes contributed 10 points and nine rebounds, including six offensive boards, in a losing effort for the Falcons.

Frankston vs Melbourne

Frankston (14-3) dominated Melbourne (5-12) 89-69 at Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre, extending their position atop the NBL1 South standings. Vincent Monaghan and Tom Garrett each scored 17 points, while Lucas Barker recorded a double-double with 15 points, 11 assists, and seven rebounds without committing a turnover.

Frankston's defense stifled Melbourne throughout, holding them to just 31.2% shooting from the field and 23.3% from three-point range. The Blues controlled the glass with a commanding 51-35 rebounding advantage and connected on 17-from-37 (45.9%) from beyond the arc. The Cobras shot an exceptional 50% from three-point range (14-of-28) compared to Eltham's dismal 9.5% (2-of-21), building a lead that reached 30 points. Despite Luke Rosendale's 22 points and Majok Majok's double-double (13 points, 12 rebounds), the Miners couldn't contain the Tigers' offensive onslaught. Melbourne has now won five straight games.
