Josh shows he maybe worth the SuperCoach NBL dosh

Josh Oduro ($277,000) has given Melbourne United fans something to think about on the third night of the CODE Sports NBL Blitz, posting the highest projected SuperCoach NBL score of the tournament so far in a 97-82 win over Perth.
Oduro's 50 came off four blocks and a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double, and nobody else on either floor in Bendigo got within a dozen points of it. Luke Travers ($292,900) was next on 38 in the same game, while Jo Lual-Acuil Jr ($318,100) led Perth on 35 and Kristian Doolittle ($317,500) finished a point behind him.

The more useful story for anyone still building a squad sits at the other end of the price list. Jason Spurgin ($69,000) returned 27.5 projected points per $100,000 for Sydney in their 95-74 win over New Zealand, more than three times what Parker Jackson-Cartwright ($405,200) managed at 7.7, and Jayden Stone ($100,000) was barely behind him on 27.0. Tom Wilson ($69,000) and Anthony Dell'Orso ($100,000) both cleared 23 per $100,000, and Dell'Orso did it across a game-high 34 minutes 24, which is the part worth weighing when you are guessing at a role rather than reading form.
The cheap end is not a free lunch, though. Tana Kopa ($58,500), the Perth development player our Watch List flagged as Jaron Rillie's replacement, played 20 minutes 12 and did not register a single counting statistic, finishing on minus 2. Twenty minutes of court time is worth nothing by itself, and the value table below is sorted to show exactly that.

This is the top ten of everyone who played in both games, not ten players picked out: 39 players were scored and the next best score on the night was 23. Anthony Dell'Orso also finished on 23, level with Shea Ili, so the last place on this table is shared rather than won. Every figure is checked, not copied. We work each player’s points back out of his own shooting line, add up each club’s players and make sure they come to the final score, and check two more totals across all 39 players who played: the official efficiency figure, which is the only one that reads the rebounds column, and the plus-minus column, which has to come to five times the winning margin because five players are on the floor at all times. Players are matched to their SuperCoach profile by the permanent number the NBL gives them rather than by name, because the two do not always spell a name the same way.

How this table is built, and why the minutes matter
Why the minimum is there. A short cameo produces a spectacular rate and means nothing, so the minutes are shown rather than just promised: 36 of the 37 priced players who played cleared 10 minutes and 1 did not. This is the top 10 of those who qualified, not ten players picked out, and the next best rate among them was 14.0. 2 players took the floor who are not in the SuperCoach game at all: Lachlan Bofinger, Peitok Machar. They carry no price, so they cannot appear in a value table however well they played.
The names link, the prices do not move. Every name goes to that player’s SuperCoach profile, and the prices are a fixed snapshot taken at 6:12am AEST, 3 September 2026. That is deliberate: the right-hand figure is worked out from the price beside it, so a price that changed itself would leave the rate wrong while still looking right. No Blitz performance moves a price in any case, because the pre-season is not scored. Prices here run from $58,500 to $277,000.
