Was this the greatest week of play from Australian women in NCAAW Division 1 history?
I think it must be right up there because there were superstar performances all over the US, including records being broken, career-highs being set and plenty of wins.
Let’s break it all down.
AUSTRALIAN NCAAW PLAYER POWER RANKINGS
1. Hannah Wickstrom (UC Riverside) SOPHOMORE
Best Performance – 35 points, six rebounds, six steals and four assists in 35 minutes v Cal State Fullerton
I’m running out superlatives for the season Hannah Wickstrom is putting together as she continues to take her game to the next level. Despite a heartbreaking overtime loss to Cal State Fullerton, Wickstrom was electric, truly doing it all for the Highlanders with 35 points, 6 rebounds, 6 steals and 4 assists.
Highlighting her insane consistency is the fact she has scored in double figures in all bar one game this season and since late December, she has scored less than 20 points just once and is averaging 26.6 points per game over that span.

Best Performance – 31 points, six rebounds and two blocks in 39 minutes v George Washington
After three losses in a row, Charlise Dunn led Davidson back onto the winners list with a masterful performance against George Washington, completely taking over the game when it mattered most.
Scoring 31 points, Dunn was getting to the line (7/8 FT), was efficient from the field (11/21 FG) and when the game was there to be won in the third quarter she rose to another level.
With scores tied at 41-all with six minutes to play in the third quarter, Dunn scored 15 of the next 17 points for Davidson over an 11-minute stretch that led the Wildcats home, 68-58.
