A haul of 12 points, 11 assists and six rebounds - and that's a quiet night for Josh Giddey.
While he may not have built on his triple-double record, where he's threatening Michael Jordan's single season record with the Chicago Bulls, Giddey's impact was still as significant as ever as his team appears to have fought off the struggles of early December.
It wasn't the most efficient night for the 23-year-old, shooting 25% from the field and just 16% from the three-point line, but the point guard was still a +6 in his 33 minutes. Giddey was one of only two Bulls starters in the positive in plus-minus as Chicago's bench doing most of the damage as Zach Collins, Jaylen Smith and Tre Jones all scoring in double figures in the seven-point victory.
His recent lift in form, rediscovering the form he had to start the season, has Giddey in-line for a maiden NBA All-Star appearance with averages of 20 points, 9.3 rebounds and 9.1 assists per game.
The Melbourne Tigers product recently tied Clyde 'The Glide' Drexler for 22nd on the NBA's all-time triple-double list with 25 in less than five seasons, drawing just one away from Los Angeles Lakers legend Elgin Baylor in 21st with 26 and three away from Jordan with 28.
He's also only eight triple-doubles away from fellow Aussie Ben Simmons, who sits 14th with 33.
Giddey needs just eight this season to tie Jordan (15) for the Bulls single-season record for triple-doubles.
Russell Westbrook leads the way with 207 career-triple doubles.
NBA BOX SCORE: Chicago Bulls vs Philadelphia 76ers
A dominant 28-17 fourth quarter has helped Josh Giddey and the Chicago Bulls to a fifth consecutive victory after a 109-102 win over the Philadelphia 76ers at the United Center.
Giddey struggled shooting from the field, going 3-from-12 from two-point range and 1-from-6 from beyond the arc, but still was on triple-double watch with 12 points, 11 assists and six rebounds to lead the Bulls to the win.
The Australian Boomers point guard and big man Nikola Vucevic were the only two starters with a positive plus-minus.
Joel Embiid had 31 points for the 76ers.
NBA BOX SCORE: Memphis Grizzlies vs Milwaukee Bucks
Jock Landale missed the Memphis Grizzlies 125-104 home win over the Milwaukee Bucks with left calf soreness. It's the first game he's missed all season.
NBA BOX SCORE: Indiana Pacers vs Boston Celtics
Aussie wing Johnny Furphy continues to build into his season after returning from ankle injury, playing 18 minutes for the Indiana Pacers in a 140-122 loss to the Boston Celtics at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Furphy had nine points, 3-from-5 from the field and 2-from-4 from the three-point line, as well as grabbing two rebounds in the defeat.
NBA BOX SCORE: Orlando Magic vs Charlotte Hornets
Australian Boomers Olympian Josh Green is showing why he was always regarded as a future 'three and D' talent for an NBA playoff team as his three-point shooting percentage sits at a career-high 44.4% in his six games this season for the Charlotte Hornets.
Green again shot the ball at 50% as the Hornets beat the Orlando Magic 120-105 at the Kia Center. The former Arizona college basketball star went 2-from-4 from beyond the arc, scoring six points in 12 minutes for Charlotte.
The 25-year-old from Sydney missed a significant portion to start the season after having off-season shoulder surgery.
NBA BOX SCORE: Atlanta Hawks vs Miami Heat
Dyson Daniels and the Atlanta Hawks are on the opposite end of the streak fellow Aussie Josh Giddey and the Chicago Bulls are on after they were smashed 126-111 by the Miami Heat at State Farm Arena for their fifth straight defeat.
Daniels had just eight points, six rebounds, three assists and two steals in the 15-point loss.
NBA BOX SCORE: Portland Trail Blazers vs Los Angeles Clippers
Duop Reath played one minute late in the game as the Portland Trail Blazers let a first-half lead slip to lose to the Los Angeles Clippers 119-103 at the Moda Center.
