Clubs signing grand final rivals, crosstown switches and key re-signings - the free agency period in preparation for NBL27 has arguably been the hottest in league history.

With teams across the NBL starting to build their rosters, we have every move in free agency here, whether it's new additions' returns or surprising releases.

While the Sydney Kings try and reconfigure their team to launch an attack on back-to-back championships and the Adelaide 36ers make big moves to try and go one step further, the NBL's other eight teams are chasing hard in an attempt to establish themselves as genuine title contenders.

  • May 4 - Joins South East Melbourne Phoenix on a two-year deal

Makuach Maluach, Guard (NBL26: Sydney Kings)

  • April 28 - Signs a new two-year deal with the Sydney Kings

Dejan Vasiljevic, Guard (NBL26: Adelaide 36ers)

  • April 28 - Signs a one-year deal with the New Zealand Breakers

Kouat Noi, Forward (NBL26: Sydney Kings)

  • April 28 - Noi and the Sydney Kings agree on a mutual release from the last year of his contract

Wani Swaka Lo Buluk, Guard/Forward (NBL26: Illawarra Hawks)

  • April 28 - The defensive-minded Hawk re-signs with the club on a two-year deal

Joe Ingles, Forward (NBL26: Minnesota Timberwolves - NBA)

  • April 25 - ESPN's Olgun Uluc reports Ingles will join Melbourne United at the conclusion of the NBA Playoffs

Noa Kouakou-Heugue, Forward - Next Star (NBL26: Perth Wildcats)

  • April 22 - Perth Wildcats and Noa Kouakou-Heugue mutually agree to part ways

Sam Waardenburg, Forward/Centre (NBL26: Cairns Taipans)

  • April 20 - Waardenburg joins Melbourne United on a three-year deal

Elijah Pepper, Guard (NBL26: Perth Wildcats)
