Chloe Forster exploded for 31 points as Warwick Senators opened their NBL1 West Women season with an 80–67 win against Perry Lakes Hawks at Warwick Stadium on March 26. Lakeside seized control in the second quarter with a dominant 33–12 run, turning a six-point deficit into a commanding halftime lead. The Lightning maintained momentum through the third to put the game beyond reach.
